The goal of technical support services is to not only provide assistance in the case of technical difficulties, but to ensure that the deployed solutions continue to add value and reduce cost. Through its vendor selection criteria and process, Cultura Systems makes careful assessment of the technical support services provided by its selected provider partners. The primary objective is the right balance between providing highest quality support and a variety of support options at minimum cost.

Typical support offerings provide:

  • Two grades of support services that usually offer either 5 x 12 or 7 x 24 access.
  • A minimum of all updates, and in some cases, new versions within a support term
  • Access to support knowledge bases and live chat-based online support
  • Service Level Agreements to provisioning and availability

Further to the support question, and most critical, is Cultura Systems as its clients' representative through the solution process. As we are responsible for the timely resolution of technical problems, the support services, policies and reputation of our product partners are under constant review toward continued excellence.
