The Requirements Discovery Process
As a component of strategic planning and product acquisition and implementation cycles, Cultura Systems conducts a multi-phase requirements discovery process.
- The initial phase takes Cultura Systems consultants through a strategy-level understanding of your business objectives and challenges. Current communications systems, policies and processes are explored. Once completed, your senior managers and Cultura Systems consultants will mutually determine if a further course of action is warranted.
- Next phase activities may lead to a strategy alignment engagement where Cultura Systems consultants investigate organizational and infrastructure readiness. Status assessment and recommendations are provided as final deliverables.
- Or, results from the initial phase may lead directly to a deeper needs investigation associated with specific product evaluation and corresponding investment analysis. It is in this phase of the requirements discovery process that current methods and processes are closely scrutinized toward the end goal of measuring and proving reduced process, overhead and cost.
- The final phase of requirements discovery will focus on the services necessary to deploy and leverage the use of recommended technology. At this point in the process, appropriate roles, responsibilities and deployment milestones are defined.
The net result of this process is direct opportunity for prospective Cultura Systems' clients to drive Cultura consultants through an open investigation toward the most cost-effective decision possible.
